Shipping policy

Order by 2pm Wednesday through Sunday for same day service
Deliveries will be between 2-6pm
Must live within 25km radius of the Sleeman Retail Store & Taproom located at 551 Clair Rd West, Guelph, Ontario, N1L 0H7
Order must exceed $35 to qualify for home delivery
Our driver will send you a text message or email to confirm delivery times
Driver will meet the customer in driveway or front area of address provided
Keep a safe social distance while ID is verified and the order is dropped
Someone 19+ must be home to receive the order with valid ID
If the customer cannot show that they are 19+, then the delivery will be cancelled, and the customer will be refunded
If nobody is available to receive the order, product will be brought back to our store and available for pickup within regular store hours
Beer availability is dependent on warehouse stock. We will notify you if something is unavailable
